Front racks on Vespas go back to the 1950s, and there's a good reason why they never went away. They just look right. This is the genuine OEM Piaggio version, made in Italy, in chrome, and it's the most current production iteration of the design sometimes referred to as the "three-hole version."

The fold-down cargo platform gives you 13 inches of width and 9 inches of depth which is enough for a small bag, a camera case, or the kind of everyday carry that makes urban riding more practical. It also doubles as a great base for adding extra mirrors or vintage-style spotlights if you're going for a retro-mod look.

One thing we want to be upfront about before you order: this is one of the more involved Vespa accessory installs out there. You'll need to remove the horn cover, have a few basic tools on hand and, importantly, drill into the horn cover. It's absolutely doable for a mechanically comfortable rider, but it's not a bolt-on job like the rear rack. If you're not confident doing that yourself, it's worth budgeting for a shop install. This rack fits the GT, GTS, GTV, and Super series from 2003 through 2019. It does not fit HPE models. If you have a GTS HPE, this is not the right rack for your bike.
